Program Description

The MBA in Human Resource Management is designed to equip students with the strategic and comprehensive knowledge needed to contribute effectively to an organization’s human capital management. The program blends core business administration principles with specialized HR practices, focusing on leadership, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation strategies, and labor relations.

  • A Bachelor's degree from a university recognized by BAU with a minimum CGPA of “2.76” (conditioned) for credit-hour system students and its equivalent for the grading system students (with a certificate equivalency from the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education).
  • The Bachelor's official university transcripts
  • Minimum of two years of work experience after the Bachelor's graduation.
  • Evidence of English proficiency (BAU English Exam 60%, TOEFL 520 or IELTS 5.5)
