Course Description

The objective of this course is to introduce the study of human behavior in organizations, considering both the individual and contextual determinants of that behavior. Basic concepts, but are not limited to, such as motivation, cognition, individual differences, leadership and teams, organizational structure, technology, and environment are discussed and applied to the manager's decision-making and action taking roles.
