Course Description

This course introduces the wide spectrum of legal concerns that human resource managers face in the workplace. In this course, students explore the laws that define multiple dimensions of the employer-employee relationship, including employment agreements, pay structures, personnel policies, equity, access, workplace safety and unionization.
