Course Description

HR analytics is at a crossroads. Companies have access to the most powerful computers, the largest databases on organizational processes, and ever-expanding information on employee engagement. Yet organizations struggle as much as ever to achieve strategic objectives and improve organizational effectiveness. The course will help students make better business and human capital decisions, and direct the analytics conducted in an organization for more actionable insights. Students will learn how to ask the right questions to guide HR analytics, as well as the analyses and data required to answer these questions. Emphasis is on using the results to drive effective organizational change.
