Business-Administration - Course - Principles of Management

This course enriches the knowledge of students in the fundamental principles of management. At the end of this course, students will be able to describe the process of management, principles and theories of management, and display managerial skills. The course describes the nature and purpose of management, the evolution of management thought and the function of managers in organizations.
