The Sick Pregnant

The Faculty of Medicine at Beirut Arab University organized a special lecture titled “The Sick Pregnant” presented by Dr. Ahmad Abu Leila at Ali Rashed Hall on 6 December 2018. Dr. Abu Leila, a staff member at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, focused in his lecture on the critical care management of a pregnant woman by highlighting the dilemmas that are related to thromboembolism, seizure, liver and cardiac diseases. The lecture was interactive and was addressed to the medical students, residents and local doctors of both fields, anesthesia and Obstetrics and Gynecology.
