The 10th Eastern Mediterranean Regional Assembly (EMR) for medical Students is an Annual assembly for all medical students in that region as part of the International Federal Medical Student Association ( IFMSA) assemblies, and this year it was hosted in kuwait and occurred between 22 and 27 January.

Twelve Lebanese Delegate attended this Regional Assembly, representing the Lebanese Medical Student International Committee (LeMSIC) and Lebanon.

Hani Hafez , a third year Medicine Student at Beirut Arab University was the official delegate of the Standing Committee on Public Health. He presented a PowerPoint presentation about LeMSIC team activities in Lebanon, the Mental Health Awareness campaign that took place in Beirut Arab University and University of Balamand, the Diabetes awareness campaign that took part in Beirut Arab University , American University of Beirut , and University of Balamand .
