The faculty members of the faculty of medicine at Beirut Arab University participated in the Second Lebanese American University International Conference on Medical Education that was held on November 20th and 21st of the year 2015 at the Mövenpick Hotel in Beirut and on the LAU Byblos campus. 

Dr Bilal Azakir represented the Faculty of Medicine in the scientific committee, and jointly with Dr. Mohamad Houri directed a workshop entitled: “How to Introduce Research at the Medical School?” which was held on Saturday the 21st of November at 11 am.

One of the session’s entitled “Do we need research in medical education” that was given by Dr Charlotte Ringsted was moderated by Dr Hala Ahmadieh, being a representor of the faculty of medicine of the Beirut Arab University.
