The Faculty of Medicine at Beirut Arab University (BAUFM) celebrated the graduation of its 22nd class of medical specialists at its Beirut campus on 8 June 2026. The graduates successfully completed their clinical training across various medical specialties in several affiliated teaching hospitals.
The graduating class consisted of 34 physicians representing 14 medical specialties, including General Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Pediatrics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Pulmonary Medicine, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neonatology, and Diagnostic Radiology.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates to the graduates by Professor Wafaa El-Sehly, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, together with the directors of the affiliated hospitals. This was followed by the recitation of the Hippocratic Oath, led by the Dean, marking the beginning of the graduates’ professional careers as medical specialists.
