The Faculty of Medicine at Beirut Arab University successfully conducted a practical workshop entitled “Cast Application and Evolution,” coordinated by Dr. Yousef Abu Chahine. The workshop aim to equip rotating residents, interns and senior medical students with up-to-date knowledge on the principles, indications, and advancements in cast application, while enhancing their practical skills through live demonstration and supervised hands-on training. The workshop contributed to improving technical competence, increasing clinical confidence, and strengthening the overall orthopedic training within the surgical curriculum, ultimately promoting better patient care.
