Beirut Arab University signed coordination agreements with three hospitals in the North of Lebanon: Nini, Haykel and New Mazloum hospitals. The agreements with these hospitals were signed at BAU’s Beirut campus in the presence of Beirut Arab University President Prof. Amr Galal El Adawi, Vice president for Medical Sciences Prof. Essam Osman, Dean Faculty of Medicine Prof. Najlaa Mashaal, Secretary General Prof. Omar Houry, and representatives from the three hospitals.
The agreements with the different North Hospitals aiming to raise the level of healthcare services provided, promoting scientific research and promising to launch scientific conferences with the hope of fulfilling the objectives behind this collaboration with the different hospitals.
Moreover, Dr. Nisrine Bazerbachi ,  general manager of Haykel Hospital  highlighted the fact that such opportunity will help in graduating more knowledgeable, competent, and skilled physicians. Dr. Haitham Khayat , the general manager of New Mazloum Hospital  promised to assure the best educational clinical environment to the medical students of BAU hoping to achieve mutual benefit for both parties. While, Dr. Wahib Nini was enthusiastic about the integration of the different clinical experiences and exposure to different patients between the North Lebanon Hospitals and our very prestigious and respected university.
