Overview
A set of Vernier digital and analog sensors is available in the laboratory for conducting experiments in a large variety of fields such as Heat transfer, HVAC, Indoor air quality, Robotics. Also, process trainer is available for controlling the fluid level, flow, temperature, and pressure using several sensors and control elements. The lab is also equipped with Stirling motor to demonstrate the operation of a thermodynamic machine for the conversion of energy. Finally, the lab includes LabVIEW Robotics Starter Kit that students can use to prototype and deploy autonomous applications. Courses served: MCHE 302L, MCHE 412, MCHE 414, MCHE 511.
