The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest technical professional society. It was to serve professionals involved in all aspects of the electrical, electronic, and computing fields and related areas of science and technology that underlie modern civilization. The IEEE BAU student branch was created under the impetus of Prof. Ziad Osman. Since its establishment, the branch has organized several social and technical events, workshops, seminars, etc. The current student branch committee comprises the following members:
