Program Description
The Ph.D. program in OBHR at Beirut Arab University provides students with up-to-date knowledge in teaching and conducting research in OBHR. Students take courses in organizational behavior, human resources management, research methods, statistics, and related disciplines.
The minimum period required to complete the program is three academic years. A total of 48 credit hours must be earned for graduation.

- The Lebanese High School Certificate or its equivalent
- A Bachelor's degree in the field of specialization from a university recognized by BAU (with a certificate equivalency from the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education).
- A Master’s degree (MSc) in the field of specialization from a university recognized by BAU with a minimum CGPA of “3.00” for credit-hour system students and 80% “Very Good” for the grading system students (with a certificate equivalency from the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education).

- Evidence of English proficiency (BAU English Exam 60%, TOEFL 520 or IELTS 5.5)
