Based on the current research collaboration of the Faculty of Pharmacy with the Institut de Recherché et Documentation en Economie de la Santé (IRDES-France) and Bordeaux University, a seminar was organized by IRDES in Paris on 12 and 13 October 2022, to tackle the Syrian refugees' crises in Lebanon. Dr. Samar Karout, Clinical Assistant Professor, at the Faculty of Pharmacy, who is the primary investigator and the representative of the Lebanese team, presented during the seminar the research project entitled “Syrian's Diaspora, A Crisis upon Crises: Perception, Predictors, Practices, and Challenges associated with Contraception Use among Married Syrian Refugees Residing in Lebanon”
