Structure
Strategic planning committee consists of the dean (Chair), assistant dean, QAU director, Faculty secretary and two-selected faculty. Moreover, the committee includes undergraduate and graduate students and an external representative from the Lebanese Order of Pharmacists (OPL).
Responsibilities
The main duties of the strategic planning committee are to:
- Develop/discuss vision, mission and values for the Faculty of pharmacy.
- Conduct a periodic SWOT analysis.
- Develop the strategic plan including strategic goals, objectives and strategies.
- Follow-up the execution of the strategic plan.
- Review continuously the Faculty strategic plan.
