• Strategic Role & Functions: Operates as a monitoring mechanism for the Faculty’s mission, vision, and objectives across academic departments, identifying strengths and weaknesses to continuously improve academic programs, bridge the gap with the job market, implement the strategic plan, and elevate the overall educational process.
