The faculty of Health sciences at Beirut Arab University in Tripoli organized an activity for fifty children, from five childcare centers in Tripoli, in celebration of the Orphan’s Day on November 16, 2018. The activity included entertainment stations including face painting, fun games, and dancing in addition to a health awareness theater sketch aiming at educating the children, age 5-10 years, on the healthy nutritional and hygiene practices. On this occasion, the faculty hosted Lynn Hayek, the first star of “The Voice Kids” program as an honored guest in the event where she sang three of her latest songs. Lynn created an atmosphere of joy and happiness among the children and took memorial photographs with them and with the faculty members, students, and administrative staff. The event was concluded by a healthy lunch for the children, and the distribution of presents by the faculty students.
