The visit of 4^th year biology students to the company of Liban-Lait (Candia) was held on May 15^th 2013. This visit aimed to provide an inquiry field experience on the manufacture of dairy products with emphasis on different microbiology concepts as stated in industrial microbiology course instructed by Prof. Hoda Youssef.
