Nutrition Students Field Visit

As part of their foodservice and management course, and under the supervision of their instructor Dr. Rosy Mitri, the 3rd year nutrition students visited different food establishments, where they had the chance to overview the foodservice system operating at Nini hospital, Celina’s restaurant and Taka food industry. The main aim of these field visits was to evaluate the flow of the food service operations in these establishments from purchasing, production, service, as well as food safety, procurement, daily operations, and food delivery system.
