The Master student in Medical Laboratory Sciences - Microbiology and Immunology program Norma SAAD had been accepted to carry out her thesis work at the institute for regenerative medicine & Biotherapy IRMB in Montpellier, France. The faculty of health sciences in partnership with the National Institute of Health and Medical Research in France (INSERM) had set up a research internship agreement in order to allow the Master student to gain a 6 months experience in laboratory research and learn advanced techniques. Her thesis work is about a new microRNA in osteoclasts and it is under the supervision of Dr. Salim MOUSSA from BAU in collaboration with the French team in Montpellier. The research internship is from March 2021 till end of August.
