The Primary Healthcare department at the Ministry of Public Health organized an orientation day for university students on October 24, 2018. The orientation took place at the Ministry of Public Health from 8:30 am till 1:30 pm. Students from Nutrition and Dietetics Department as well as Medical Laboratory Technology Department from Beirut Arab University attended the Orientation session. Topics including the immunization program conducted by primary health centres in Lebanon, undernutrition problems among Lebanese children, as well as Nutrition and non-communicable disease were covered. Moreover, the Primary Health Care of the MOPH explained the ongoing research focusing on rehabilitation of all primary health care centres in Lebanon in order to cover all health related problems. In addition, in context of the Immunization Program, the Ministry of Public Health announced the organization of a Rally Paper competition for university students on Saturday 3 November 2018 in Beirut.
