Financial Aid Application – Academic Year 2026/2027
Dear Students,
We are pleased to announce that the university’s online financial aid application for undergraduate level for the 2026/2027 academic year will open on November 3, 2026, and remain accessible until December 4, 2026.
This application is open to new students and continuing students who did not receive financial aid during the 2025/2026 academic year.
Automatic Financial Aid Renewal & Exempted Students:

Your previous financial aid percentage will be automatically applied for the 2026/2027 academic year, provided your GPA has not decreased.
- Therefore, students who benefited from financial aid during the last academic year (2025/2026) are not required—and will not be able—to apply online again this year, nor do they need to submit physical documents.
- Students currently benefiting from the military forces discount are not required—and will not be able—to apply online, nor do they need to submit physical documents.
To ensure that new applicants have sufficient time to gather and submit all necessary documentation, the deadline for delivering physical documents will remain open until January 20, 2027.
Note that the document (خروج وعودة) may take up to 45 days to be collected from the general security offices.

How to Apply (New Applicants Only)
- Access your iConnect: Starting November 3, visit the university’s financial aid channel.
- Complete the Form: Fill out all required fields in the online application and submit it before December 4.
- Prepare Your Documents: After submitting the application, check & gather the required documents and revise the conditions by pressing HERE
- Submit Documents: Deliver physical copies to the Registration Office at Beirut, Debbieh, or Tripoli campus before January 20, 2027.
- Your full name and student ID number must be clearly visible on all submitted documents. This ensures proper processing and avoids delays.
Important Reminders
- Applications missing required documents after January 20, 2027, may be marked as incomplete and could impact your eligibility.
- Always keep copies of all submitted materials for your records.
