I am excited to welcome you to the start of the 2021 spring semester. The past few months have been hard on our entire community, as we have battled the coronavirus and lived through augmented economic challenges. Despite these difficulties, we enter this new semester with renewed hope for the future. Beirut Arab University has been eager to provide you with resources supporting your academic journey and your personal well-being. Our students have always been in the heart of the institution, and we continually strive to provide you with a suitable environment that allows you to achieve a brighter future.
Faculty of Architecture –Design and Built Environment fully embraces academic and non-academic staff to face our challenges with creativity, flexibility, and compassion.
As we move forward to the spring semester, a number of resources and services were made available for all of you. University Healthcare Center (BAUHC) is one of them, continuously providing medical service and 24/7 clinic assistance through the BAU hotline (70-999038). You are kindly requested to keep an eye on news and announcements through Moodle account and Iconnect, and be attentive to emails and announcements that you receive from the University or other offices on campus, to get updated campus information
As we enter this new semester, I expect both challenges and opportunities to come our way. I encourage you to fully embrace this semester with high enthusiasm, and a pro-active mindset knowing that the BAU community is standing together to face whatever challenges come our way.
