Rawan Nashi was selected as one of the four Lebanese candidates to participate in 2022 SUSI Young Women Leaders Program from June ,25 till July 30 - 2022, an exchange program funded by the US Department of State and implemented by the Women’s Global Leadership Consortium. It was hosted by Saint Mary’s College, South Bend, Indiana, where women from the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States were brought together for an intensive five-week study on Civic Engagement for Young Women Leaders.

This experience places women among a diverse group of people, pushing them to engage in cross-cultural conversations, extending the borders of their own culture, and thus, helping them formulate a global mindset.
