The Faculty of Architecture: Design and Built Environment is proud to announce that BAU interior design students won the DESIGN FOR INDUSTRY (furniture design Challenge) among 8 other teams at the Cairo Designathon. The BAU team (F2) was formed from 5 students: (2nd level) Layan Azzam, Nour Souheil, Claudine Rahal, Nancy Hussien, and (3rd level) Ruba Koleilat, the project name was (Pupa Bedrooms Concept). The newly introduced international competition included teams from (Egypt, UK, USA, USE, Italy, Kuwait, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherland, Iran, Denmark, Yemen) with an acclaimed International Jury board.
