Dr. Sara Mosleh is an Assistant Professor of Business Management at Beirut Arab University, holding a PhD in Business Management. She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Principles of Management, Business Communication, and E-Business.

Dr. Mosleh is passionate about developing future leaders through innovative, student-centered learning approaches that connect theory with practice. Her research focuses primarily on leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, digital transformation, and employee development. She has published research in international peer-reviewed journals, with recent work examining the role of green training and development in fostering employee green behavior within Lebanese small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to her teaching and research activities, Dr. Mosleh actively contributes to community engagement initiatives and academic service, reflecting her commitment to creating a positive impact both within and beyond the university.

Dr. Sara Mosleh teaches management and business-related courses at the undergraduate, MBA, Master’s, and PhD levels. Her teaching portfolio includes Principles of Management, Introduction to Management, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning and Development, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Business Communication, and E-Business at the undergraduate level. At the graduate level, she teaches Advanced Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development in MBA and Master’s programs. At the doctoral level, she teaches Organizational Theory, focusing on advanced organizational concepts, research perspectives, and contemporary management theories.
