On 18th May, 2020, Miss Alissar Yassine was awarded the Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) by the Faculty of Business Administration at Beirut Arab University, on successful presentation of her final thesis entitled “Corporate Governance, Organizational Culture, and Factors Shaping Employees Engagement. A Case Study of a Lebanese Private Hospital”.

The Defense Examination Committee consisted of his supervisor Prof Lucas Scherer (Managing director of the Institute for Quality Management and Business Administration (IQB) at the FHS University of Applied Sciences St.Gallen, Switzerland), Prof Nehale Mostafa (Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at Beirut Arab University), Dr. Hanadi Taher (Associate Prof of Economics at the Faculty of Business Administration at Beirut Arab University), Prof. Fadi Alameh (Member of Lebanese Parliament, President of Arab Hospitals Federation, Vice President of Syndicate of Hospitals and Chairman of Sahel Group), and Prof Amal El Kurdi (Associate Prof of Business Administration, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Lebanese University).
