The delivery of the DBA702 - Organizations in Action course to Cohort 6 on December 1, 2, and 3, 2023, represented a significant shift in the learning experience. Led by Dr. Fadi Hashem, an experienced Senior Assistant Professor of Management, distinguished senior certified trainer, and consultant, the course departed from traditional methods. It transformed into an interactive workshop that fully engaged participants in the skills of reading, understanding, and analyzing organizations. Dr. Hashem's expertise, combined with his role as the General Manager of ACT Leaders in Lebanon and mentorship at the Human Resources Development Fund in KSA, ensured a dynamic and insightful learning journey for Cohort 6. This innovative approach aimed to enhance practical skills and foster a profound understanding of organizational dynamics, making it a standout experience in their academic pursuit.
