The Consortium meeting took place virtually and was attended by representatives from various universities and NGOs. The grant coordinator, Dr Sobhi Abou Chahine, presented the feedback from the Lebanese National Erasmus+ Office (NEO) on the project's progress and highlighted the recommendations of the report.

The partners discussed the progress of purchasing equipment, with EU partners, the possibility of holding a face-to-face training session in Lebanon in December, to replicate the training-of-trainers, but acknowledged the potential impact of COVID-19 on travel restrictions. Dr. Abou Chahine also asked partners to provide updates on the implementation of updated courses, and Dr. Bassem Kaissi presented the progress of establishing lifelong learning (LLL) courses. Finally, the partners agreed to hold a quality meeting with an external evaluator on October 6, 2021 and discussed the progress and planning of next activities for dissemination and the request for an extension of the project from 6 months to one year.
