The Steering Committee Meeting of the Morale project took place virtually and was attended by representatives from various universities. The meeting discussed updates on the project's progress, changes in project members and focal points, and financial issues.

The project coordinator discussed the issue of money being blocked in Lebanese banks and staff costs being declared at 20% of their real value, but the project officer advised not to use the blocked money for the moment. The team also discussed progress in various work packages, including management, capacity building, curricula enhancement and delivery, LLL courses design and implementation, dissemination, and quality. The partners agreed to finalize quality activities for WP3 and provide certificates to all participants in the training. They also discussed plans for national seminars in Lebanon and Syria, preparing newsletters, and holding a final conference in January 2023.
