The University of Bilad Al-Sham (BAUK), in collaboration with Al-Rasheed Association and other Syrian partners, along with "Deline" Training and Consulting Company, organized a national seminar to present the results of the "MORALE" project. The seminar took place on Sunday, July 9, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Damascus at the auditorium of the Graduates Association of Commercial Institutes - Mazzeh Highway - First Al-Farabi Street.

At the beginning, Mr. Ahmed Firas Hamadeh welcomed the attendees, including workers and volunteers from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and academics from both partner and non-partner Syrian universities involved in the project. Then, Mr. Firas Abbas, the sponsor of the seminar and representative of Deline Company, delivered a welcoming speech to the attendees. Following that, Dr. Sulaiman Mouselli from Damascus university, representing the project coordinator, Dr. Sobhi Abou Chahine, provided a detailed explanation of the project's objectives, development stages, and planned and implemented activities. Several participants then posed questions and made contributions regarding the project, which were addressed by Mr. Hamadeh and Dr. Mouselli.

In the second part of the seminar, Mr. Hamadeh presented a detailed explanation of the training provided by the University of Bilad Al-Sham and reviewed the participants' feedback on these training sessions. Subsequently, Dr. Moaz Alsherfawi, project contact person at Arab International university, presented the policy paper with policy recommendations. He also discussed the main proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the management and work of NGOs emphasizing the importance of interaction between higher education institutions and non-governmental organizations for their mutual benefits.

Finally, at the end of the seminar, participation certificates were distributed to the attendees. Everyone wished success to the MORALE project in its future activities.
