Biography

Mr. Jihad Njeim

Assistant Vice President for Human Recourses at Lebanese American University

holds a B.A. from the American University of Beirut and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in HR from the State of Iowa in the United States.

He started his career in the retail sector in the US. Upon returning to Lebanon in the mid-nineties, he held senior HR positions in many prominent regional institutions (sectors include Retail,  education  and four major banks ). During these assignments, he headed and organized various HR functions and Departments.

At the academic level, Mr. Njeim has taught Human Resources and Management courses at the Lebanese American University for the past fifteen years and at the Université Saint Joseph (USJ)-Banking Studies Institute for the past five years. He has also conducted several workshops and training courses in HR, while providing consultancy, for major private and public institutions.
