The President of Beirut Arab University Professor Wael Nabil Abdel Salam, accompanied by the Director of BAU Tripoli Branch Professor Hani Shaarani, visited Tripoli Governmental Hospital, where the visit aims to discuss ways of academic and medical cooperation between the University and the hospital in order to train interns and medical students in the hospital departments.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tripoli Governmental Hospital Dr. Fawaz Al Halab and its Director Mr. Nasser Adra, the Member of the Board of Directors Dr. Omar Bitar, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Helmi Al Shamroukh, the Head of the Nursing Department Ms. Roula El Hajj, and few heads of medical departments welcomed the BAU delegation where they toured in the hospital with a detailed explanation of theme chanism of action and the great effort of the specialized hospital staff while serving the large numbers of patients received daily.
