Beirut Arab University, represented by its President Professor Wael Nabil Abdel Salam, signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with the President of the Order of Pharmacist of Lebanon Dr. Joe Salloum.
The objective of the MOU is to enhance cooperation, develop joint training programs, exchange expertise, and hold conferences aimed at improving competency in these fields, for the mutual benefit of both parties.
The signing of the memorandum was attended by the University Secretary-General, Dr. Omar Houri; the Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration Professor Mohamed Abo El Naga ; the Assistant Dean Professor Hanadi Taher; and members of the Order’s Council.
The Memorandum focused on the exchange of scientific and practical expertise and the establishment of joint workshops and training courses. The importance of this Memorandum lies in raising the standard of continuing pharmaceutical education and encouraging scientific research in the fields of administration, marketing, and health services. This effort aims to keep pace with modern scientific advancements and meet the needs of Lebanese society.
