Memorandum of Understanding Between Beirut Arab University and Zarqa University in Jordan

Beirut Arab University, represented by its President, Professor Wael Nabil Abdel Salam, signed a five-year memorandum of understanding with the University of Zarqa in Jordan, represented by its President, Professor Nidal Al Ramahi. This memorandum aims to develop collaborative activities in academic fields of mutual interest, designed to promote and encourage cooperation in the field of education, research and capacity building.


The MOU aims to develop opportunities for cooperation between the two parties to leverage their expertise to support and develop the skills and capacities of faculty members, staff and students to enhance their efficiency and professionalism.

It also aims to establish joint courses and develop scientific and vocational training, including the exchange of academic staff for teaching purposes, delivering lectures or scientific research, exchange of experiences, and joint organization of seminars, symposia and joint conferences.

This cooperation will result also exchange of publications, books, periodicals, results of scientific research and other academic activities, which will contribute in the progress of the educational process for both universities.
