Beirut Arab University, represented by its President Professor Amr Galal El-Adawi, and Ayadi Al-Mostakbal Oncology Center for Free of Charge for Cancer Patients in Alexandria, represented by Director General Dr. Assem Rostom, signed a three-year cooperation agreement to exchange experiences and consultations in the fields of medical physics.
The agreement provides for the recruitment of human and scientific potentials to train students of the Medical Physics Master Program at Beirut Arab University on how to work on diagnostic imaging equipment, irradiation equipment and other devices available at the hospital, which greatly assists the students in the field of applied and research.
The two parties can also cooperate in organizing sustainable education programs, training courses, seminars, workshops, as well as joint researches and studies in the field of medical physics, provided that the training curriculum at the hospital complies with the course requirements at the Faculty of Science-BAU as compatible with the students' needs.
