The Faculty of Science at Beirut Arab University – Debbieh Campus hosted the Seventeenth Lebanese Collegiate Programming Contest (LCPC 2025), under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Kamal Shehadeh, Minister of the Displaced and Minister of State for Technology and Artificial Intelligence, with the participation of 32 teams from several Lebanese universities BAU, AUB, LAU, LU, AUST, RHU, MU, UOB.
The competition brought together top Computer Science and Programming students from across Lebanon to solve high-level algorithmic and problem-solving challenges, in an atmosphere full of creativity, passion, and team spirit. The final results were as follows:
Gold Medal: Two teams from AUB and LU
Silver Medal: Two teams from LAU and AUB
Bronze Medal: Three teams from BAU, AUB, and MU.
These winning teams have successfully qualified for the Arab Collegiate Programming Contest (ACPC), which will be held in Luxor, Arab Republic of Egypt, in November.
