BAU Ranked in the Thirty Sixth Level of Universities in the Arab World According to Times Higher Education

Beirut Arab University ranked thirty-sixth in the Arab world in the Times Higher Education ranking for Arab universities for the year 2021, according to the same assessment methodology adopted internationally.

The Times ranked the university among the first four universities in Lebanon, which are the American University of Beirut, Lebanese American University, Lebanese University and Beirut Arab University, according to the overall assessment, which was based on several evaluations including education, scientific research, and its international standing.

For the past five decades, Times Higher Education has been ranking universities for 2,150 institutions in 93 countries around the world.

The ranking confirms the progress of the educational and research level, its local, Arab and international reputation, and the ability of our other universities, which ranked advanced positions despite the challenges that afflicted Lebanon such as the COVID-19 Pandemic till the economic and financial collapse and brain drain.
