L’Ambassade de France au Liban vient d’ouvrir l’appel à candidatures 2025 du programme Forsa, un programme de bourses de mobilité pour des étudiants libanais souhaitant effectuer un séjour d’études en France de niveau Master ou de diplôme d’ingénieur dans le cadre d’un codiplôme ou d’un double diplôme entre la France et le Liban. Ce programme vise à renforcer les partenariats universitaires franco-libanais en facilitant la mobilité d’étudiants méritants. Il a pour principal objectif d’attirer vers les doubles diplômes/co-diplômes franco-libanais ou vers des Masters en France d’excellents étudiants. Les candidats postulant à un M2 hors partenariats, et n’existant pas au Liban, sont éligibles.  

La bourse peut être attribuée pour une durée allant d’1 semestre jusqu’à 4 semestres d’études dans le cas des écoles d’ingénieur.  L’inscription dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur en France est obligatoire pour obtenir la bourse. Toutes les disciplines ainsi que les formations en anglais sont éligibles.

Le dossier de candidature doit être déposé et finalisé sur la plateforme https://institut-francais-du-liban.wiin.io/fr/applications/bourses-forsa-2025-appel-a-candidatures  avant le 17 mars 2025. Le dossier doit être également transmis auprès de notre université aux services des relations internationales. Les intéressés doivent vérifier avec le bureau des relations internationales les conditions spécifiques à notre établissement.

The French Embassy in Lebanon has just opened the 2025 call for applications for the Forsa program, a programme of mobility grants for Lebanese students wishing to study in France at Master's or engineering degree level as part of a joint degree or double degree between France and Lebanon. Students applying for an M2 not available in Lebanon, outside of partnerships(codiplomation/double diplôme), are eligible.

This program aims to strengthen university partnerships between France and Lebanon by facilitating the mobility of excellent students. Its main objective is to attract excellent students to French-Lebanese double degrees/joint degrees or to Masters in France. The scholarship can be awarded for a period ranging from 1 semester to 4 semesters of study in the case of engineering schools.

Enrollment in a higher education institution in France is mandatory to obtain the scholarship. All disciplines are eligible, as well as courses in English.

Applications should be uploaded and finalised on the following website : https://institut-francais-du-liban.wiin.io/fr/applications/bourses-forsa-2025-appel-a-candidatures  before the 17th of march 2025. In  parallel, they should also be sent to our university’s office of international relations. It is also required that every person interested checks with the international relations office for the university’s specific conditions about this program.
