Science - Course - Quality Assurance and Laboratory Management

This course explores analytical measurement uncertainty, analytical method validation and laboratory quality systems, supported by a range of advanced units in biochemistry, biotechnology and statistics. Students will learn about scientific concepts and procedures, and develop management skills related to inventory, budgets, personnel and operations. Students will learn to critically evaluate the current state of worldwide standardisation and comparability of analytical results.
