Pharmacy - Course - Pharmaceutical Microbiology II

The course addresses the complex nature and functioning of human immune system, immunization programs in addition to different types of hypersensitivity reactions. It also explores the mechanism of action and spectrum of activity for different antimicrobial drugs and the mechanisms by which bacteria develop antimicrobial resistance. The course emphasises on the use of biotechnology in obtaining different pharmaceuticals of medical importance. Pre-requisite: PHAR 283
