Pharmacy - Course - Molecular Pharmaceutics

The course deals with delivering and maintaining the desired amount of a therapeutic agent for a desired period of time and with cell-based therapies. These drug-delivery systems are tested in cell-based functional assays and/or human disease models in animals. The corner stone of the course is to improve the efficacy and delivery of a broad range of therapeutic agents such as proteins, antibodies, and oligonucleotides to sub-cellular levels. Nucleic acid, vaccine, and antibodies and antibody conjugates delivery are also explained.
