Human-Sciences - Course - Specialized Teaching Methods and Strategies 2 SS

This course is the second of two sequence courses with EDSS 351. It focuses on more complex teaching strategies and assessment methods. Student teachers will explore the methods and strategies of Inquiry-Based Learning that encourage students to ask questions and explore social sciences topics, the approaches of Culturally Responsive Teaching to include diverse perspectives and student backgrounds in social sciences curricula, and the techniques of fostering Critical Thinking skills.
