Human-Sciences - Course - Seminar in Education

Graduate students will discuss central conceptual and analytic themes, course design, classroom management, assessment and evaluation procedures, and pedagogy, as well as other important decisions in the development and implementation of courses in general education. The course also addresses the fundamental intellectual, conceptual, and methodological issues relevant to a teaching career. Students may also learn about alternative teaching strategies, the use of technology in teaching and learning, and the development of skills and critical thinking.
