Human-Sciences - Course - Practicum 4AR

This course is the third of four sequence courses with EDAR 353, 403, and 451. It provides student teachers with an opportunity to take the complete role of the teacher in pre-school. They plan a weekly lesson based on the integrated curriculum course, with coordination of the classroom teacher and the practicum supervisor. This lesson includes educational objectives, various activities, educational materials, games, and evaluation tools. In addition, students implement the class with the children and evaluate it with the teacher and the practicum supervisor. They continue to work on their portfolios and field study seminar proposals.
