Course Description

This course focuses on more in-depth study of Arabic language and literacy through hands-on activities on fundamental language skills, Arabic literature, including poetry, short stories, and folktales to foster an appreciation for the artistic aspects of the language. It aims at exploring the cultural context of the Arabic language, including traditions, customs, and the historical significance of various literary works to nurture their cultural awareness, and to analyze and interpret texts, and helping them to draw connections between language use and cultural expression.
