Course Description
This course is the second of a two-course sequence with EDUC 251. It covers knowledge and skills related to the concept of information technology, its characteristics, theories, tools, uses and applications in teaching and learning. Student teachers will gain practical skills in utilizing educational technology tools in the CIT lab to support diverse learning needs and enhance educational practices. They will be also introduced to the concepts and use of interactive learning tools and apps and digital platforms, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) providing immersive learning experiences.
