This course helps student teachers to know how to develop an appreciation for music through singing and active participation, to enhance children’s language skills, rhythm, and creativity through songs and chants, to promote social interaction and cooperative learning through group activities, and to encourage physical movement and coordination through musical activities. The course provide them with various experiences in introducing music and movement, exploring nature through Songs, counting and numbering in music, celebrating with Songs and Chants, and introducing the cultures of the world through songs.
