Engineering - Course - Process Control

This course provides the key concepts in automatic control and instrumentation of process plants, the feed-back and feed-forward controls and the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control. It also covers the commonly used sensors and actuators, the design methodology for process control and the energy audit in industrial facilities. It covers also experimental work related to the above-mentioned topics. Pre-req.: CHME301
